Atul has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company namely Atul Lifescience (ALSL) for manufacturing of Lifescience Chemicals and APIs. Subject to required approvals, ALSL will undertake new project of around Rs 104 crore by a combination of debt and capital for API intermediates.

Atul operates through six business divisions, namely, Agrochemicals, Aromatics, Bulk Chemicals & Intermediates, Colors, Pharmaceuticals & Intermediates and Polymers.
