Atul has acquired 100% shares of Atul Products (APL) from Atul Bio Space, a Wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and consequently APL become direct Wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The entity will undertake 300 tpd caustic and 50 MW power plant project subject to required approvals by a combination of debt and share capital.
Atul operates through six business divisions, namely, Agrochemicals, Aromatics, Bulk Chemicals & Intermediates, Colors, Pharmaceuticals & Intermediates and Polymers.
