Somany Ceramics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday, the 17th March, 2021 has declared Interim dividend at 120% i.e. Rs 2.40 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2020-21. As informed earlier, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Thursday, the 25th March, 2021 as record date for determining the entitlement of Equity Shareholders to receive Interim Dividend. The meeting was commenced at 03:15 pm and concluded at 04:10 pm.
