Pursuant to Bank's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and any amendments thereto, Karur Vysya Bank has informed that the Trading Window for trading the securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Thursday, April 01, 202I till the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 and two days thereafter.
