Craftsman Automation has debuted at Rs 1350.00 on the BSE, down by 140 points or 9.40% from its issue price of Rs 1490.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 1473.50, down by 16.50 points or 1.11% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 1487.80 and Rs 1349.20 respectively. So far 1.21 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between March 15, 2021 and March 17, 2021, was subscribed 3.8 times led by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) who bid for 5.21 times the shares on offer. The non-institutional investors’ portion subscribed by 2.84 times and of retail investors by 3.44 times, the data shows. The issue price was fixed at Rs 1490 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 1488- 1490 apiece.
