Godrej industries shines on acquiring stake in Pyxis Holdings

Godrej Industries is currently trading at Rs. 536.00, up by 10.85 points or 2.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 525.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 527.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 538.20 and Rs. 527.00 respectively. So far 781 shares were traded on the counter.

Godrej industries has completed the acquisition of shares in Pyxis Holdings on March 25, 2021. Consequent to the said acquisition, Pyxis Holdings has become the subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 25, 2021.
