Modern Converters has informed that pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Person and their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March, 2021 become generally available information. In this regard, all Directors, Designated Person and other persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
