Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Archies has informed that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated persons shall remain closed from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. The date and venue of Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
