The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company to undertake the activities as a depository in GIFT IFSC including that of a Foreign Depository as mandated by the regulators.

CDSL was set up with the objective of providing convenient, dependable and secure depository services at affordable cost to all market participants.
