Apollo Pipes climbs on logging sales volume of 12,987 ton in Q4FY21

Apollo Pipes is currently trading at Rs. 1015.75, up by 28.50 points or 2.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 987.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1000.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1033.60 and Rs. 1000.00 respectively. So far 4543 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,033.60 on 01-Apr-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 231.05 on 03-Apr-2020.

Apollo Pipes has reported its sales performance for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. The company reported a sales volume of 12,987 ton in Q4FY21, an increase of 34% as compared to 9,721 ton in Q4FY20. This growth was driven by contribution from across product categories including value-added products.

The company registered sales volume of 47,333 ton, an increase of 6% compared to 44,692 ton in FY20, despite Covid-19 disruption in FY21. The Company anticipates further improvement in sales performance over the next few quarters on the back of better demand environment and increase in geographical reach combined with an uptick in utilization levels.
