Mishra & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Delhi submitted his report on the voting results today, copy whereof is enclosed. It has also enclosed the details of the voting results of the Postal Ballot in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015.
