With reference to its earlier disclosure dated 5th February, 2021 under Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations, wherein the company had informed the indicative time period for closing of the acquisition of Fasttel Engenharia, a Brazilian EPC Company (‘Fasttel’), headquartered in City of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, as first quarter of FY 2021-22. In continuation of the same, Kalpataru Power Transmission has informed about the update that Kalpataru Power Do Brasil Participacoes, Brazil, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Fasttel along with management control on 7th April, 2021.
