With reference to email dated 15th April, 2021 on the clarification on movement in price, received today on the official email id of the Company, JSW Ispat Special Products informed that the Company has been making prompt disclosures of all events or information that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, within the stipulated timelines as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. There is no such information or event which is significant and/or price sensitive, which need to disseminate to investors for their information. The Company will continue to make necessary disclosures as and when there is any requirement to do so as per applicable laws including SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. The Company further requested to note that since the shares are freely traded on the Stock Exchanges, the Company will not be in a position to comment on the movement in share price of the Company.
