Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ashapuri Gold Ornament has certified that all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility are maintained by its Share Transfer Agent viz. Bigshare Services. Further, the Company confirmed that Bigshare Services is registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India to act as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. Further, pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of the LODR Regulations, the Company is submitting the compliance certificate for half year ended March 31, 2021, i.e., for the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.
