Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gammon India has informed that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors vide their circular resolution dated 15th April, 2021 have appointed Sandeep Sheth as an Additional Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Director –Finance of the Company for a period of 3 years with effective from 15th April, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the CDR Lenders.
