With reference to the SEBI Circular No: SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in connection with fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, Bata India has confirmed that he Company is not identified as a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2021 as per the applicability criteria specified under the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Therefore, there is no requirement of filing the Initial Disclosure as per the format prescribed in 'Annexure A' of the said circular for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
