SP Capital Financing has informed that in the Board Meeting of the Company held on 7th April, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved selling of 1,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Company Pride And Expert Properties in their Buyback of shares under sub rule (5) of Rule (17) of the Companies (Share capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014, as per the notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 29.03.2016 read with amendments and re-enactments for time being in force. And the Company has received payment of Rs 59,492,500 for the surrender of shares.
