In this connection, Orient Refractories has informed that the company has filed required intimations with regard to all the events, information etc. which in the opinion of the Company have a bearing on the operation/performance of the company including all price sensitive information, etc. in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and has not withheld any information.
