SJVN has launched a two-day COVID-19 vaccination drive for its employees, and their dependents. The drive has been organised at its corporate headquarters in Shimla on April 20 and 21, 2021. Besides employees and their dependents, security personnel and personnel deputed by contractors are also being administered COVID-19 vaccines.
SJVN is engaged in hydroelectric power generation originally established as a joint venture between the government and the state government of Himachal Pradesh to develop and operate the Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station (NJHPS).
