M and B Switchgears has signed letter of commitment with government of Madhya Pradesh to set up 99.25 MW Solar Power Plants at various locations in State of Madhya Pradesh. These Solar Power PIants will be under REC mechanism. The letter of commitment are subject to various conditions and process as mentioned in RFP dated September 20, 2012 issued by Govt. of M.P.
These agreement(s) (Letter of commitment) were signed on October 29, 2012 in Global Investor Summit held at Indore.
MBSL pioneers in Solar REC space, with this plant commencing its operations, the total running capacity becomes 3 MWP in their Solar Park at Rajgarh MP.
