Bright Brothers has informed that it has enclosed a letter dated 5th April, 2021 issued by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) Link Intime. In the said letter, the RTA has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been confirmed to the depositories and they are listed on BSE. Further, the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as registered owners.
