Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, V2 Retail has informed that the Company has opened 1new Retail Store located at Rourkela (Odisha). Further, in line with Company’s strategy to evaluate performance over various parameters including store wise profitability, the Company has closed 2 Retail Stores located at Chapra (Bihar) & Kota (Rajasthan). Therefore, currently 94 Retail stores of the Company are operational.
