Accordingly the application and allotment money has been received from the said allottees and the meeting of Board of Director held on April 23, 2021 and approved the third allotment of 29,99,990 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each at price of Rs 5 per equity share to 2 Non- Promoters allottees. It is further informed that the Board meeting commenced at 5:00 PM and ended at 7:45 PM.
