Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Adani Power has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 6th May, 2021 to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 (‘Results’). Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has earlier intimated its designated persons and also to the stock exchanges regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares from 1st April, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public. Thus, the Trading Window Closure Period for trading in the Company’s equity shares shall end 48 hours after the Results of the Company are made public on 6th May, 2021.
