With reference to its letter dated 23rd April, 2021, the company had intimated about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 4th May, 2021, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. Further to this, Greaves Cotton has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, 4th May, 2021, will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.
