Further, in continuation to its intimation of closure of trading window dated March 30, 2021, and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosure, the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company shall be remain closed until 48 hours of declaration of result May 13, 2021 for Specified Persons of the Company.
