Godrej Properties reports consolidated net loss of Rs 192 crore in Q4

Godrej Properties has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported net loss at Rs 66.16 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit at Rs 91.58 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 38.80% at Rs 569.69 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 930.79 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributable to equity holders at Rs 191.62 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit at Rs 102.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 55.28% at Rs 576.08 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1,288.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported net loss at Rs 42.81 crore as compared to net profit at Rs 384.16 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 52.35% at Rs 1,241.42 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2,605.32 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributable to equity holders at Rs 189.43 crore as compared to net loss at Rs 270.52 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 54.26% at Rs 1,333.09 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2,914.59 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
