Further to its communication letter dated on 23rd April, 2021, informing about the decision of the Board for, seeking approval of the Members of the Company for re-appointment of independent directors for a second consecutive term, including Partho Datta, by way of postal ballot. Considering the sudden and sad demise of Partho Datta on 1st May, 2021, Endurance Technologies has informed that the Board, through circular resolution passed on 2nd May, 2021, has modified the Notice of Postal Ballot (‘Notice’). The revised Notice withdraws the proposal for reappointment of Partho Datta, as an Independent Director, since the proposal has become infructuous.
