Paushak has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on Monday, the 10th May, 2021, to transact the following business: to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021; to consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021. Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 1st April, 2021 will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
