Shalby’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Mars Medical Devices has agreed to acquire 100% equity shares capital of Shalby Advanced Technologies Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA based on Common Stock Purchase Agreement and thereby it became step-down subsidiary of Shalby.
Shalby is a chain of Multi-specialty tertiary care hospitals based out of Ahmedabad. It has combined bed strength of more than 700 beds with its multispecialty hospitals across Gujarat and Goa.
