Ceat has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
The company has reported above 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 141.84 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 50.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 45.51% at Rs 2282.15 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1568.37 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported above 2-fold jump in its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 152.80 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 51.88 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 45.40% at Rs 2292.89 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1576.92 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported a rise of 84.16% in its net profit at Rs 413.64 crore as compared to Rs 224.61 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.19% at Rs 7604.59 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6778.58 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 86.83% in its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 432.04 crore as compared to Rs 231.25 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 12.12% at Rs 7623.41 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6799.34 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
