Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, East Buildtech has informed that Sharad Sharma has tendered his resignation due to his personal reasons from the position of Company Secretary (CS) cum Compliance Officer (CO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 6th May, 2021. His last day of working is 5th May, 2021. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities with effective from closing of business hours on 5th May, 2021. Consequent to his resignation, Sharad Sharma ceases to be Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to stock exchange.
