Further the company also furnishes such information concerning to the company on request by the exchange as may be required. Further as regard to the significant movement in the price of the shares of the company observed on exchange in recent past, the Company informed that whatever the price movement in the company's shares on the exchanges are purely market driven only and the company is not in knowledge of involvement by anybody in such movement in price.
