Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 read with Circular No. NSDL/SG/015/99 dated 15th April, 1999 of National Securities Depository, Surya Roshni has informed that it has provided the details of shares dematerialized by the Company Registrar Mas Services during the month of April, 2021 as per Annexure A. The company has confirmed that the share certificates in respect of the shares dematerialized have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner within the stipulated period of time.
