TT’s buyer withdraws MoU

TT’s buyer i.e.; Resilient Cotspin has withdrawn their offer and accordingly memorandum of understanding (MoU) stands cancelled. Security deposit has been refunded to buyer. Now company is searching new customer for aforesaid assets and negotiation is going on with few prospective customers.

TT is engaged in the manufacturing of combed cotton yarn, carded cotton yarn and knitted fabric cloth at its units at Gajroula (U.P) and Avinashi (Tamil Nadu). TT is a progressive organization with sound investments in good quality systems and innovative marketing.
