Pursuant to Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations read SEBI Circular dated February 8, 2019 and as in accordance with the relaxations granted by SEBI in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic through Circular dated April 29, 2021, all listed entities are required to submit to the Stock Exchanges by June 30, 2021, Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, issued by a Practicing Company Secretary based on a check of the compliance by such listed entity with the applicable SEBI Regulations and circulars/guidelines issued thereunder. Accordingly, Rallis India has informed that it has enclosed the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report of the Company issued by Parikh & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries for the Financial Year 2020-21.
