Zydus Wellness has informed that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting by way of Special Resolution, the Board of Directors, have approved re-appointment of Kulin S. Lalbhai [DIN: 05206878] as an Independent Director of the Company, for his second term of five consecutive years with effective from November 18, 2021. The above referred Independent Director is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other statutory authority.
