Canara Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2021 to consider and approve the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Fourth Quarter/ Year ended 31.03.2021. In view of the aforesaid, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Canara Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for the Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank/ their relatives/ Connected Persons to deal in shares of the Bank, will re-open with effective from Friday, the 21st May 2021, the closure of which has already been announced by the Company beginning from 31st March 2021 vide letter no SD:1760/1761/11/12::2021 dated 30.03.2021.
