SpiceJet trades jubilantly as its arm airlifts 9,600 oxygen concentrators to India from China, Hong Kong

SpiceJet is currently trading at Rs. 69.50, up by 5.90 points or 9.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 63.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 63.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 70.15 and Rs. 62.80 respectively. So far 1663174 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 107.95 on 11-Dec-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.65 on 20-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 70.15 and Rs. 61.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4119.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.78% and 34.41% respectively.

SpiceJet's freighter arm has airlifted 9,600 oxygen concentrators to Kolkata and Delhi from Beijing, Wuhan, Nanjing and Hong Kong. The airline deployed both its wide-body and narrow-body cargo aircraft to transport these concentrators to India. The airline has airlifted over 27,000 oxygen concentrators from the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and China so far, which have been ordered by SpiceHealth and other organisations.
