EPL has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 20 May 2021, to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company’s India standalone and Consolidated of global operations for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2021 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2021. Further, the company has informed that due to the Board meeting as above, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company has been already closed for specified and designated persons as per the Company’s insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above-mentioned financial results. It has informed that after the aforesaid meeting, the Company has arranged for Analysts/Investors Conference call on 20 May 2021.
