Ram Dayal Modi is not related to any existing Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any such authority; and reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board.
