South Indian Bank informs about loss of share certificate

Pursuant to requirements of provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, South Indian Bank has informed that it received a communication from 2 of its shareholders, Thabeetha George (Folio No: 146171) & Moideen RS (Folio no: 101101) (as per further details are enclosed), that they have lost/ misplaced/ non-receipt of their split share certificates having face value of Re 1. The bank is arranging with its Share Transfer Agents to keep these folios in the ‘Stop Transfer’ category. Duplicate share certificates will be issued to all the shareholders as per the list on completion of necessary formalities.
