Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the designated persons, the trading window of the Company has already been closed from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021. This has been intimated to Stock Exchanges through its letter dated 29th March, 2021.
