Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jagan Lamps has informed that the Oxygen is used in manufacturing process of Auto bulbs, keeping in view of shortage of Oxygen all over the country and the Company firmly believes that all available Oxygen should be used to save the lives of Covid-19 patients, the Company has decided to temporary suspend its operations from May 16, 2021 to until further notice. Maintenance activities will continue in the plant.
