La Opala RG has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2021 to transact the following: To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021; To consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021. Further, in continuation of the Company's intimation dated April 01, 2021 and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 01, 2021 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the results. Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open from May 28, 2021.
