The Board of Director at their Board Meeting have approved the appointment of Krishna Rathi, Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 10th May, 2021, pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Director at their Board Meeting have also approved the resignation of Bharti Ranga, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company who has resigned from above mentioned post for personal reasons and her resignation will be effective from 09th May, 2021. The company has enclosed the Intimation Letter for Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary.
