Relaxo Footwears has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 20, 2021 approved: Appointment of Ramesh Kumar Dua, Managing Director (DIN: 00157872), who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company; Appointment of Mukand Lal Dua, Whole Time Director (DIN: 00157898), who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company; Re-appointment of Deval Ganguly (DIN: 00152585) as a Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Also, enclosed brief resume of the Directors eligible for re-appointment.
