Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, PBM Polytex has informed that the Company has received letter on 20.05.2021 from one of its shareholders, Sheth Pramodchand Kanaiyalal intimating loss of share certificates with a request to issue duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof. In compliance of required issuing Duplicate Share Ce procedure for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate the Company will be issuing duplicate certificate to such Shareholders upon receipt of relevant information and documents.
