In pursuance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Kaycee Industries has informed that Dileep Keshavrao Gupte (DIN: 08510433), an Independent Director, passed away on May 19, 2021 due to his illness. Dileep Keshavrao Gupte was inducted on the Board on July 29, 2019 with the term of office for a period of five years, and an eminent and finest person in guiding the Board with his vast knowledge and experience on engineering and administration gained from India’s top Corporate Houses where he held most senior positions. His demise is a great loss to the Board in particular and Kaycee in general. The Members of the Board and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
