Tokyo Plast International has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 04th June, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2021. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will remain closed and accordingly the trading in the securities of the Company is prohibited by designated persons from 25th May, 2021 to 6th June, 2021. The trading window shall re-open with effect from 7th June, 2021.
